About Consult Emeritus Flores Vizcarra
Throughout my entire academic, professional and personal life, I have chosen to focus on international affairs. During the 18+ years of my latter professional endeavors, I served as the top diplomatic envoy of México to different Consular posts in the USA: in Arizona for a little over a decade, first in Tucson and then in Phoenix. Thereafter, I served as Consul General in North and South Carolina, headquartered in Raleigh totaling 146 counties under my responsibility. And, finally in southern California, overseeing Imperial Co. in the border with Baja California, Mexico.
