Jenny Lynn M. Ho-Vijungco is a dynamic leader in real estate, healthcare, and philanthropy, known for her visionary leadership and deep commitment to community service. As founder of Miranda Construction and Development, she has led landmark projects like Monarch Estates in Gilbert, Arizona, and advanced medical facilities statewide. Her role as Marketing VP at Kimco Realty highlighted her strategic growth expertise.
In healthcare, Jenny serves as Administrator of Discover Vein and Vascular Center and Discover Surgical Center, both Joint Commission–accredited under her leadership. These centers, located in Chandler and Mesa, reflect the excellence of her husband, Dr. Joseph Vijungco, a nationally recognized vascular surgeon.
Jenny’s Filipino heritage and dedication to service recently earned her the historic appointment as Arizona’s First Honorary Philippine Consul General, where she can strengthen ties between Arizona and the Philippines and advocate for the Filipino community. Jenny’s most profound impact, however, lies in her philanthropic endeavors.
As founder of Project J.O.Y. (Join Our JourneY), she honors her late father’s legacy by delivering vital medical care to underserved communities in the Philippines. Her efforts include thousands of patients served and the creation of Project J.O.Y. Village, providing housing and hope to 16 homeless families.
Jenny treasures her greatest blessings—her husband and their three children, Jaden, Jordan, and Jaya—as they continue to live out the values of compassion and service. Her life is a testament to purpose-driven leadership and lasting impact.
