Mauro Saladini is a seasoned financial executive with over 20 years of experience driving strategic initiatives and financial leadership in global technology organizations. As Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of the Kudelski Group since 2003, he has spearheaded numerous transformative initiatives, including relocating the company's headquarters from Switzerland to the United States and orchestrating more than 40 acquisitions and divestments that have reshaped the Group's business portfolio.

Prior to joining Kudelski Group, Mauro was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he focused on corporate finance and strategy projects across various industries including high-tech, telecommunications, media, and financial services. He also served as the leader of the Swiss Media Practice and co-leader of the European Media Practice. His earlier career includes founding the Zurich branch of Thema Consulting, a financial services start-up focused on risk management, and working as a consultant in the Financial Services group at Accenture.

Mauro has extensive board experience with public companies, having served as a board member and Audit Committee Chairman for multiple companies listed on the Swiss stock exchange and NASDAQ, including Airesis (private equity), Newave (industrial), OpenTV (technology), and Myriad Group (cloud services, IoT). His governance expertise has supported various corporate milestones including turnarounds, IPOs, and strategic trade sales. Since 2014, he has been an active member of the Advisory Board of venture, Switzerland's premier startup competition.

A Swiss national and US Green Card holder, Mauro holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from the Swiss Federal Institute of Technology (ETH) in Zurich and an MBA from INSEAD, France. He is fluent in Italian, English, German, and French. Mauro resides in Paradise Valley, Arizona with his wife Antonella.
